### Serving West Texas With Reliable Contracting —

### No Job Too Big or Small

With over a decade of experience in contracting, we decided to relocate to Lubbock. We established Fannin & Co. in 2017. Our goal was to be your trusted partner for residential and commercial contracting needs. We prioritize honesty, personal connections, and dependability. Serving a diverse clientele, including residential homeowners, schools, churches, and businesses, we offer a comprehensive range of services. No job is too small: remodeling projects that elevate your space to crafting dream properties through new build solutions, optimizing functionality and aesthetics in commercial outfits, and hassle-free repairs and improvements for small fixes. Our core values guide every project in the vibrant West Texas community.
